We accept returns and exchanges for:

-Unused, resealable items in original packaging within 14 days after delivery

-Items damaged during transit (report to simplybeeartistic@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos)

We cannot accept returns for:

-Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items

-Digital downloads or services

-Delicate items that have been damaged after delivery

-Any item that has been used, worn, altered, or used in ritual/spellwork

When making a return:

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging

Ship it back (at your cost) to our product address: 15207 Lambert Drive, Fort Wayne IN, 46845

Upon inspection, we will issue store credit or refund within 5-10 business days

Please note: We pack every order with protective materials and intentional care. We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging.
